Ized Uanikhehi, Founder and CEO of Zedi Inc, a marketing tech company focused on providing growth marketing services to startups, is a graduate of Biochemistry with over 13 years post-college experience in Marketing who has spent the last 9 years changing the digital marketing landscape of Africa through her works and adopting digital technology for advocacy and helping startups promote their businesses.

From founding and leading growth at startups like TORA Africa, an impact-driven Human Resources technology startup focused on the informal sector, Loose Media, a dynamic digital marketing and advertising agency that created insightful marketing campaigns for big corporations, brands, and businesses like the digital bank, V, among others. Max.AI, where she was the Director of Marketing, partnerships and Growth at the ride-hailing and mobility company, and vital in ensuring that the company’s growth goals were achieved through effective marketing, communications, and growth strategies in her time there.

Ized enjoys taking up daunting tasks to help build and grow brands that people love in Nigeria, Africa and the world at large. She has worked for and with Multi-billion naira International and local brands, successfully developing and working on several creative digital contents and offline marketing strategies to propel their brands forward. Ized was social producer at CNN (Africa Bureau). She is also the convener of the largest community of digital marketing professionals in Africa - DigiClan and she is driven by her life's goal to bridge the digital (gender) divide in Africa with this community and collaboration.
